Print Expo is the longest-running local exhibition aimed at the printing industry and combined with Propak, the largest show of its kind for the packaging industry and these shows make up the most comprehensive exhibition of their kind on the African Continent. Sentient Publishing, in keeping with the grand scale of the combined show, will be going all out to do something quite special at the show. Visitors to the stand in Hall 7 Stand G28 will be in for a number of exciting surprises. In addition, by placing their business cards in a container or having their visitor’s tag scanned, they can enter a draw where they stand to win numerous prizes. Said Vikesh Roopchand, CEO of Sentient Publishing, ‘We will have a number of prizes up for grabs at the show. Most of these have been arranged with the generosity of our advertisers who have sponsored various items for us to use for the draw. However, the first prize will be something a bit closer to home. We will be giving the winning company coverage in one of our publications to the value of R50 000. We feel that this publicity is something that has real and significant value to the companies in all sectors of the market, whether supplier or end-user.’ The GAPP is the leading trade journal serving the printing market in that not only does it cover all sectors of the print market from large-format signage to commercial print and on to newspapers and packaging, but it also has the largest readership with a database of more than 4000 recipients around the country built up over 14 years. Visitors are encouraged to visit the stand where they can find out more about the magazines and directories in the Sentient Publishing stable and at the same time find brochures for many of the companies who advertise in The GAPP.
