Dr Martin Hoyos is new chairman of KBA supervisory board

The supervisory board of Koenig & Bauer (KBA) unanimously elected Dr Martin Hoyos (66) as its new chairman at an extraordinary board meeting. This followed the resignation of Heinz-Joachim Neubürger at his own request as member and chairman of the supervisory board on 25 February. Gottfried Weippert, vice-chairman, took over the role as chairman temporarily. On 14 October 2013 Dr Martin Hoyos from Vienna was appointed by the register court in Würzburg, Germany, as a replacement supervisory board member following the resignation of longstanding member and chairman Dieter Rampl. He will stand for election by the shareholders at the press manufacturer’s AGM on 28 May.
