The GAPP Awards is a print-based competition for companies active in the printing, packaging and signage industry in Southern Africa. Comprising 54 categories encompassing all current and some future forms of printing techniques, The GAPP Awards is the largest and most comprehensive print quality competition in the world.
The aim is to benchmark the quality of the printed image in all applicable sectors by comparing like with like in a carefully structured competition where the ultimate winner is print quality. The first GAPP Awards held in 2016 saw entries across 34 categories being judged, with trophies and certificates presented to the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners, and certificates to the Winning Achiever entry winners.
