STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER THE GAPP AWARDS

This will provide you with a step-by-step guide in ensuring the complete registration and submission of your entries.

Step 1 | Register

On the menu bar click Login/Register. This process will create an account, which will allow you to submit your entries without having to enter the same generic details with every entry. One of these steps will be the creation of a username and password and registration is free.

Step 2 | Log-in

This process will ensure that every time you come back to submit entries your stored details are retained and your account information stays secure. Click on Login and then log in.

Step 3 | Purchase Entries

You can select and buy the entries package that you feel best meets your requirements via Pay Gate (credit card) or EFT (electronic transfer). A discount structure has been built in to give you the best value for money for the number of entries you would like to submit.

NB: You will not be able to submit entries if you have not purchased entries. You will also not be able to submit entries if you have not completed all of the above steps.

NOTE: After proof of payment has been received, you need to wait for administrative approval for the transaction. Once admin approves the transaction, entries will be added to your user account.

Step 4 | Enter Now

Fill in the online entry form. Many of the fields on this form are mandatory and the form will not allow you to submit if those fields have not been completed. Failure to submit all essential details may result in the entry being rejected and the entry fee being forfeited. If you have not completed all steps above, you will not be able to submit entries. Your entries can be saved and re-accessed prior to submission. Remember to only click Submit once you have completed all your entries, as entries that have been submitted cannot be edited.

Print your completed entry form, attach entry form to your samples and deliver to Sentient House, 761 Tortoise Street, Weltevreden Park, Johannesburg, South Africa 1709.
